For custom creates here's what I need to know:
-What HHs do you want?
-How many horses are you willing to receive?
-Horse/Pony, Heavy/Medium/Light, Age, and Gender of horses wanted.
-Do you have a buddy chat you prefer?(if not then I will be using the "A Public Buddy Sales" one)

Prices:
Non-RankSpecial horses will cost about 1/3 of their estimated lifetime payout or 2k, whichever is higher(this is simply so that I don't run out of funds to this with).
Horses that luck into Dp(Het or Hom) will cost about 1/2 of their estimated lifetime payout.
RankSpecial horses will cost 10-15k.
