Hey there. I'm having trouble claiming the new rank special from my email newsletter. I was able to claim her from the forest server but it's not working when I try for messa server. Anyone else have this problem or is it 1 claim on only 1 server?

When I click the Mesa link it just takes me to the Forest server

I am having the same problem, when you click the Mesa button, it opens to the horse create on the Forest server

Looks like Scott messed up the url. They are the same for all servers. Just change hj2 to say mesa

I’m still having some trouble... it doesn’t seem to be working even if you replace the url. Can you only get one total? I did get one from the forum this morning.

I got the one from the email after changing the url (to mesa.huntandjump.com) and the forum link did not work for me, so I can confirm that you can only get one from both links. If you haven't gotten your horse today yet here's the HH link:

I’m having the opposite problem. I can’t get mine to open on Forest. I log in, then click the link, and it takes me to the create page but doesn’t load the HH.

I'm still unable to claim my Liberation herd helper, I tried the link posted above by RoseViola but it says my herd helper has expired. I see a couple other members have gotten theirs to work, what do I need to do differently?

I’m still having issues claiming the herd helper. The first link said it had expired and the second gave me an exceptional producing herd helper

I'm the same. No luck getting the herd helper on bluegrass or on here. I don't even get a "herd helper has expired" message. It just sends me to the horse creation page.

Sorry to be a pest, I am unable to generate either the herd helper or the show horse. It is just taking me to the horse creation page.

I have changed the link from hj2 to mesa.

On the positive side, I got this stunner on the forest server.

Hmm, so I managed to generate the show horse link, but I also cannot seem to get the liberation to work. It just takes me to the create a horse page which remains blank.
I know the email was sent last week but I thought it usually works for a little while after. I was waiting for appy hour yesterday, but i had to stay late in work so didn't get out in time to do it. Trying to create it now and it doesn't seem to work. Hope im not too late as this is one of my fave RS's and perfect for my breeding goals

That opened the 1hb show horse link, but not the liberation. I tried on all my accounts for both links. The 1hb worked on most (but not all) and the liberation only worked on my main haj2 account.

I did not get my Liberation on here. I did get the show pony though. It's not something I breed for on here so I am ok.
I got my Liberation and show ponies on my other server. :)

Same for me @ThatLeatherSmell. Still, I am grateful to get the show horse link. Maybe the Liberation will crop up again.
