@Ilovehorses2, to buy a horse that's for sale you go to that horses page and scroll down a bit under their picture and you will see some text that says 'this horse is for sale and costs xxxxx' and a button that says Buy This Horse. Just click the button and the horse will be moved into your primary barn.

@Ponycrazy123, western saddles come with the tack pack called "Trail Ride". It's a feature you can purchase with IVs, so go to the "Upgrades with IVs" button under the Upgrades menu, buy some IVs, then click the button that says "IV Shopping"

Hello, I have loved horses my whole life, and I own a dog, cat, two horses, and a bearded dragon. I joined recently to see how this game is, and see if I could find other friends on here but I’m a little awkward. I love tea and some coffee but got to be sweet.

Hi OliviaFrenzel! To get more detailed genetic tests done you will need to gene test your horse. Go to the horses Control Panel tab and scroll down to the section labelled Test This Horse. It costs HBs, though, so be sure that's what you want to do.
