automatically gelded when I tested him? -
His father may be at the "high" end of the A papers while he was at the "low" end. Not all As are the exact same level.

His mama was Red papered, while his dad is A papered and has several A and Blue papered relatives before him. If you would like a foal to pass breeding advice, your best bet is to try breeding evenly. :)
