If you flush a mare for one egg or create one embryo, can you do it again later in the season?

yes you can pull one egg a week then right before the end of breeding season flush her to get the most eggs

Just to jump in and ask....If they have pasture bonus does it count towards the egg/flush?

Nope. You can't use the pastures for anything except the pastures.
