Hey y'all. Happy new year! Let's talk in game resolutions.

What are your goals for your programs for 2023?

Personally, I'm hoping to add height to my Drafts, possibly by crossing back to Warmbloods when possible, and work harder on my fantasy lines. I'd also like to get to a point that I can do monthly/bimonthly giveaways for new members.

Honestly my goal is basic. I really need to get into my barns and just do some serious sorting. I started a couple months ago and I've made so many creates and now I have to decide what it is that I really want to focus on. Good luck on your goals!

I plan to keep working on my DFP line; I’ve got a strong 2nd Gen brood herd and the 3rd Gen foals will be great to see as they age up! I’m also starting a second line with Belton tobiano; eventually I’d like to do some mixing of those lines.

My peacock project is a dead-end for the results I want, as I was informed yesterday. I am not giving up on the line, though. I want to see where it ends up when I've got all the genes on the same horse. My przewalskis project is well started thanks to the Songs of Old herd helper and an extremely generous gifter.
I am, unfortunately (or fortunately, depending on how you look at it) sitting at 23 seperate projects at the moment.

In game goals for an entire year?! Ha, I usually go one month at a time. However for the year, I want to --*Increase my show herd by double
*Have (at least) up to 5 generations, strong, of my rabbit line
*Get the rest of the gene licenses that I want
*Dominate one ladder board :))

Goals for 2023:
- Strengthen my Show Herd.
- Focus more on my objectives for each project and accomplish those set goals.
- Try not to add too many more projects. I have enough! LOL.
- Find a way to help more newbies, because I love helping them to learn the game and be part of the community.

Goals... Figure out a actual goal for this account. While this is my 3rd largest, it's 5th favorite since brown left, cause that was the goal. I made a beautiful stud to make beautiful babies in the mean time, but I'm wondering if I'd be better served if I took the time to completely update my foundation mares.

My goals are to:

- actually show all of my horses every week
- clone and double boost a stud (it's deciding which stud to boost that's the trouble!)
- Start getting foal PTs in the high 13s
- fully incorporate Paintbrush Warm, Nacre, and Nexus into my *gold mare herd so I can cull all the Blue-papered mares!

I've been bootstrapping from foundation for a while now, periodically adding new genes from foundation studs and working on improving PT and papering. I think I own all the genes I want to incorporate for now (unless Ammit comes up with something colorful!) so it's time to ruthlessly cross everything with my highest-papered studs!

I completed two goals today!

1. Merged two foundations (thanks again @bluemesa for both of these lovely foundations!) This has been on my list for a while I was just waiting for the right candidates!

LH1 Zelda

2. "Filled" the riding pony breeding club leaderboard so there are now 25 total stallions and they can be eligible for awards this season! Also been on my list for the last few seasons and I finally just GMTed some mares to make it happen!

Next up I would love to find some full sibling lined horses to merge. I'm also super excited to start incorporating more gray and Belton spotting into my herd over these next few seasons!
