I know it sounds like a stupid question, but what do we put on the notes? Is it just the horses we send, or pricing, or types of horses? Do these notes need to be detailed? Or is a general summary okay?

Sorry for the question, I just don’t want to get to the end and wind up unprepared.

Last exchange, I had the horse's name and how much it cost me to get it in the exchange. You need to put everything you get for your giftee there. And when the gifting part started, I started a second list under the first one with the date and name of the horses as I sent them.

At the end of the GE you’ll be asked what you gave. The notes are good for that. Also to keep notes on what you want to give or what you found in search. There is no right answer to this question. :)

The notes are for you to keep track of and plan your gifting. When it comes times for your GE feedback you will have a different form to fill out. The note section is only for you.
