    When the page says 1 in 20 it's not a guarantee that you will for sure get one within 20 creates. What it actually is, is that each time you hit the create button you have a 5% chance of getting a candy pony.

    So depending on how lucky you are you could hit that 5% chance in one create, or have to create a whole bunch to get one.

    The 5% odds are greatly increased over what the usual candy pony rate is. I believe there is a tiny chance of getting a candy pony all year round, it's just super rare outside of the candy time events.
