I've only recently joined the game but I have already fallen in love with chocolate palomino coats and want to try and breed them in my programme.

I know DP is necessary but does anyone have any tips for achieving chocolate pally foals especially with pasture breeding? Thanks!

If you used a Sty/Sty Dp/Dp cremello stud and a pasture full of Sty/Sty mares chestnut mares you will get 100% chocolate pali foals. If you want to take the shortcut method. :D

Welcome to the game and welcome to the love of Choco palis! They are some of my favorites! The best advice I can give is to start collecting mares that are ee sty sty and at least het DP (hom DP is much harder to find!). I have found it's best to breed for a combination of liver chestnuts and chocolate palominos. If you put too much cream in your herd you might end up with a lot of cremellos!

i have this mare she is 3rd gen Blue papered and she is gorgeous
i am willing to part with her as barn space is needed and she lacks the plat gene which i breed for
