    You can now purchase any gene license at any time. This offer is for the license only and you still have to wait for the RGS to buy it for an actual horse. You can also buy a license for another player.

    So would I be correct in understanding that this means I can purchase the Chinchilla license, and that would allow me to purchase chinchilla horses and breed to chinchilla horses, but I would have to wait for the RGS if I want to add Chinchilla to a foundation?

    I have to say as a person who joined this month, this is a wonderful feature that really helps open up the game to newbies who may be otherwise locked out of buying a horse. Thank you for the update! :) I'm excited by the possibilities.
