Who is taking advantage of using the GMTs from their candy ponies?
  • I feel like someone out there has to be like me and is using the candy pony event to fancy up some horses with some GMT work. I'm interested to see what you've done!

This guy isn't finished yet, but I'm working on editing a yule log stud that is intended to cross with my rabicano dun mares next season! More edits on him to come, but I haven't decided what I will do next yet.

My project for here. I've been collecting until I figure out what else I want to do. :))
I do have another I want to start on, but can never make up my mind.
  • Oh, I love the Breaking Bread herd helper! She looks so spiffy all ready, but I hear you on the decision difficulty.

She would make a good girlfriend for my Nacre stud.

  • Well, I used the last of my sea ponies to max out this gorgeous hunk. He is now producing some Gold and Star rated foals. I'm so excited. (I have not started using the Candy Corns, but I most certainly will.)

  • I am new to GMT's, and was wondering which ones you guys used to get such awesome coats?
  • @ChapelHillFarm, he’s lovely! So fun seeing a jump to the next paper level in his babies.

@Flyingtoast, it depends on the horse you are starting with. Some already have pretty coats and so you’re just adding to something that started out good in the first place.
The brindle or chimeric horses are pretty fun because you can have two different coat colors showing on one horse so that creates a lot of variety.
Some genes you have to pay real life money to add them to a horse. A lot of the fantasy genes that create the rainbow looking horses are that way.

  • I'm hoarding them for the next gift exchange. I want to be able to make pretty much anything my giftee asks for. :)
“But I don’t want to go among mad people,” Alice remarked.
“Oh, you can’t help that,” said the Cat: “we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.”
“How do you know I’m mad?” said Alice.
“You must be,” said the Cat, “or you wouldn’t have come here.” -Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 6
  • @Vorpalalice, that is so thoughtful! They will be so excited to receive just what they had in mind.
