Not getting alerts on replies in a discussion I post.

    I noticed this on my phone, and now on my computer, but on my own discussions I posted, usually we see alerts under "activity" and "inbox" but so far haven't been getting them. I almost missed replies to a post I made, so figured it was worth seeing if this is just me? I can't remember if maybe its a settings thing? :-?

    I never get notifications, so what I do is just click on “discussions” and see if my posts have any new comments. It also shows me if there’s any new posts.

    Make sure you're signed in and then clicked on your username at the top of the forum screen. You have to either be on a computer or in desktop mode to see the entire page. Click on "My Preferences" to update notification settings!

    On the bar that says "Discussions/ Activity/ Inbox/ ConfluenceRanch/ Mark All Viewed" Click your barn name. Then click 'My Preferences' and a box will pop up with all kinds of notification settings.

    I never get notifications, I have to remember to check under comments to see what I've commented on!

    Ok I checked my preferences, and everything was already checked for popup alerts. So i saved it, as it was.... and now they work! So anyone else not getting them- open “My preferences”, check any that may not be checked that you want, and save.
