@Taigarmmr, you might need to sign out and sign back in again. Make sure you've signed out of the game not just the forum. I always use the Log Out link under Resources on the left menu (alllll the way at the bottom of the menu). Let us know if that works.

@ConfluenceRanch logging in and out will never fix issues with the welcome pack. In fact, the one single issue it fixed with stall counts should be resolved and never need to be done again.

@Taigarmr some people have browsers that block the welcome pack from happening because it is a third-party cookie. Your security settings might have stopped it from working. (It is the only payment we process this way to prevent duplicate purchases.) I found your payment and am adding your welcome pack now. :)

Hello! I made my account back in late 2020 but haven't played much till recently. I've been around horses most of my life and I work at a barn whose Highschool IEA team is one of the top teams in the US. I have a quarab mare named Harley, she's a cherry bay with a star and broken stripe on her face.

Not a problem at all, TheDruinEmpress! You have to remember to log out of the forum before you switch accounts, though, not just the game. Your alt account won't get the Welcome Pack gifts until you do.
