I live in Austria near the breeding stable for the famous Lippizaner horses. I never owned one of my own.

I am H, 31, from France. I have loved horses ever since I was a child, and started taking riding lessons 8 years ago. I don’t have any horses, but I do have 6 donkeys.
I basically arrived here by chance, and I’m trying to get my bearings around this site. We will see how that goes.

I have loved horses for several years, I have a few appaloosas in real life.
I joined because I loved breeding pixel ponies and (most of the time) getting cute little foals!
Cats. I like cats.
I sometimes get confused with genetics.
I'm willing to make friends, though I can be choosey about who I talk to.
Tea, though I'm not crazy for it.

MorningDewRanch, genetics is definitely confusing, but once you've played here for a while it starts to creep into your everyday language. I got a new car, and the color was called Black Pearl. My partner said it made her think of Pirates Of The Caribbean, l was thinking AA, ee, Cr Cr/prl!

Blankspace, what in particular are you confused about? There is a lot to learn!

AriaLycano, to enter a horse in a show go to the barn where the horse lives and click the little flag next to the horses name.

Just joined. I'm a little confused, but this looks very interesting. I was not expecting to see a sea horse... is this an event that is happening right now or always a thing? Is there something special about them? Are there other fantasy type horses in the game? Thanks for the help!

@achieve1dream, There are fantasy color genes, and you can buy a tack packs that allows you to put a unicorn horn on your horses.

The sea horses are a summer 'beach holiday' event. When you create a new horse you have a random chance to get a sea pony. The tails can be turned in for Gene Modification Treatment tokens. Once you turn it in the sea pony tail goes away. There is also a contest for the highest number of sea ponies found, or collecting all the different colors, so people are creating new horses by the hundreds in hopes of getting them.

There are also Candy ponies, that have red and white 'candy stripes' that are always randomly available on newly created horses. The stripes can be turned in for GMT tokens as well. The odds of getting one are a bit high most of the year, but around Christmas and the Winter Holidays the odds get dropped in half.
