    At what age do horses retire/ pass away/ become unable to breed?

    You can lose them to old age at any monthly rollover starting at 19, but they may live for several months instead. I'm not sure about the breeding age cutoff, though.

    Correction to the above, horses begin passing out of the game between their 17th and 18th year. So all 17+ year olds are at risk of "dying". Once they turn 20 they are no longer breedable. :)

    But horses can continue to show up until they pass out of the game so keep showing to rake in the hbs!
