Hey all! Found out about this site thanks to Pinterest and I'm an avid horse genetics enjoyer, so this site seemed like the perfect place for me! I've liked horses since I was little, and got into studying horse genetics about a year ago. I've got several pets including a black cat named Load Bearing Wall, or Wallie for short, an axolotl named Sam, and several fish. I'd love to get to meet other people on here, especially people who understand and enjoy horse genetics. As far as what I'm confused with, the site is just a little different than I'm used to, it's pretty old-school, so I've just gotta learn all of what the game has to offer haha. Also, I'm definitely a tea person, especially chai tea.

I do want to remind everyone that if more than one person in your household/family/living group has a game account/stable they all need to have the same email address, and you can only have 3 free accounts/stables. You can have as many upgraded accounts/stables as you want, though!

Hi i just joined. I really enjoy dog breeding game so I wanted to try a horse one too.
I've been around horses since I was really small. I prefer western to English riding.
I worked as a groom for two very successful riders, but I prefer small stables and chill horses.

I'm 25 years old, from Czech Republic but moved to Sweden 4 years ago. I have a Finnish husband, czech-finnish-swedish baby and two dogs - irish wolfhound and belgian lakenois.

Sorry if that all is to much info.
Also, English is not my first language so I'm sorry for any mistakes I do.

Hi,@Daenelise! I had a Belgian Tervuren for many years. The coat on the lakenois always made it seem like they were a completely different dog, even when I know they are very similar! And I think Irish Wolfhounds are so beautiful!

Hi, @Sahelyu! Welcome! There are quite a few people in the game who are in the same boat, and who are on a 'real life got in the way' break from horses and use the game as a 'horsey' escape.

Hi, @Blackdragon59! Are you asking about the sno modifier for the cream gene? or the appaloosa snowflake varnish gene? Also, kudos to you for caring for a blind and deaf dog! That's got to be hard, but so rewarding!

I’ve loved horses since I was a kid. I spent a lot of time around them when I was younger but I’m not able to now and I miss them. Maybe one day I’ll have to chance again. I joined HAJ because I saw it on Pinterest and am fascinated by genetics. I have a dog, two axolotls, four bettas, and tons of houseplants.

Hey everyone!! I also saw an ad for HAJ on Pinterest and it looked really cool, I’ve played a similar game for both dogs and cats but I wanted to check this one out too :) I have a cat named Tabasco and I love both coffee and tea, though hot chocolate is my favorite hot drink. Stoked to be here!

@maziepaw, I made a breeding ad for one of my stallions and I was confused on that too. Thankfully Ashford Acres gave me a wonderful response that answers that question perfectly. The stallions name is SC Accidental, the post was made it the forum recently.

KatherineL22, the BEST tip you can get is to start building up a show herd early. Show horses earn points every time they show (except when they place last in a class) and those points are what earn you your showing bonus that pays out at the nightly rollover. The more showing points the more CASH!
