Hi OmniOlive! Hi Charlie55! Welcome to the game. There is a LOT of stuff going on right now: it's our Summer Festival to celebrate the 16th anniversary of the game. There is a gift exchange going on (think Secret Santa type of thing), but you had to enter back in May. We do the same thing again for the Winter Holidays in December.

There is a special daily "Herd Helper" on the Create A Horse page. If you can you should try to get one each day, they are not always available, and if you don't want to use them for yourself they frequently bring in a good sale price.

Hi, I'm snowdrift. I've been a horse kid since I've been knee high. I played lots of horse games through middle school and into high school (I even tried HAJINC back in the day when people still called it that...)
I had a haflinger gelding named Moose from right before I graduated college until spring of 2021. Sadly, his health declined to the point where he was no longer comfortable. Now, I have a 14 year old orange cat named Simba who I got as an unplanned 16th birthday gift. And my husband and I recently got a leopard gecko named Winry.
I think my biggest struggle to playing the game is going to be deciding what I want out of my pixel ponies. I'm seriously considering doing flaxen chestnut cobs... no real reason lol
I am also an avid coffee drinker... because 2:30am wake up calls for work demand coffee.

Hello.

I don't actually have time for horse games but that has never stopped me before :)

I have loved horses since before I can remember, started riding at 5 on a small, white (yes, grey, but all greyed out) and fuzzy pony. Today I own a 9 year old Icelandic gelding who takes up most of my time outside of work.

@Hrafntinna, one of the great things about this game is that you don't have to check in every day, or virtually feed, ride, pat, shoe, ect. your horses. There are people who have been gone for a month or more an they just step right back into things!

@AHsokaTano, I have almost 4000 horses, so I try very hard not to pick favorites! :D

@Ravassadi - you can open 3 free accounts on each server (and have as many upgraded accounts as you can handle!). Right now the Bluegrass server is closed to new members, but you can head over to the Forest server and play, too!

I’ve liked horses since I was a little girl. I’m still looking for a good horse breed book, that’s informative with lots of pictures. My sister had one and I can’t remember the name of it, and I haven’t found it in a Google search. Recommendations welcome! Earl Gray tea is my favorite.
