Personally I would either add a second kit gene or replace the w20 with another kit gene. If you remove it he will be less white though and since his white factor is extensive you can't increase the amount of white on him by modifying that. The reason I suggest this change is because phantom genes work with both splash and kit (other than roan I think) so you're giving the offspring an additional way to show off their puddles. In addition, depending on the dam, the foals might not end up being very white. If they only get 1 splash and no w20 they might not express the puddles as much as you would like.
Here's 1 with w20 and tobiano as an example
Skipping Stone
Here's 1 with w8 and frame (but don't forget 2 copies of frame is lethal for the foal)
1G WM The Oncoming Storm
Here's 1 with w10. I think this might be a good choice because it causes white markings on the belly and legs similar to the splash markings you have but it's hom lethal so you need to consider that before doing it. Sabino 1 might also help with that aesthetic without the lethality.

Thanks for the advice! I think I’ll do that.

@Pinkie3 what do you think?

I like him! Can't wait to see some foals and how they turn out!
