I can’t sell horses to @Tarma because it says our accounts are associated.

Usually you can ask a 3rd party to help, as long as you keep everything on the up and up.

Associated accounts means the game thinks you might be the same person. You can't sell horses to an account you are associated with unless you both have premium upgrades.

Someone can help you with the transfer but ONLY if you are not the same person or members of the same household. This is a very important distinction and you should never help someone transfer horses between associated accounts unless you are 100% sure they are not one person pretending to be two.

It's probably because I don't have a computer or internet and do everything on my phone. My service provider is found all over the country I think.

I can tell by looking that you two are not the same person and ya I would bet it is the cell provider that did it. Just pure luck that you both got the same IP at different points. The game does "forget" older logins over time so you may eventually become unassociated after enough activity.
