Since recovering from the Covid i seem to have forgotten many things about the game. Most i can handle and relearn easy. But I am finding it hard to get back to finding horses with the most points in the auction. For the life of me my brain can't seem to tell me what to mark under the sort options.
Also is there a trick to remembering if the rank special is a yellow/c or red/b?
Can someone help my brain fog?

I believe the points sort is under advanced sort. All Time Points or Points This Year, ect.
As for rank, I never remember and have to resort to the screenshot I took of the FAQ.

The best way to remember rank specials is to create them, sell the ones you aren't keen on and keep the ones you like. That way you have a permanent reminder of the best ones for your particular stable.

There is a random element to this game, so while it's true that on average, a better statted pairing will give you slightly better results overall, most times I find it's the lower statted randomly thrown together pairings that throw higher breeding ranks.

If you check out the Herd Helpers page, a lot of them will mention in the description if they are exceptional producers. Some of them, like Better Brindle Breakout, don't say it in the description but list Exceptionally Perfect under the list of its triggered Herd Helpers. https://mesa.huntandjump.com/herdhelpers.php

Also, I believe anything listed as Exceptionally Perfect or Exceptional Producer is likely going to have red/B papers.
