I bought rare genes and they are not showing?

I had a copy of axiom blue and cool mane colors but they are not showing on the horse?

@Lopez948, send Ammit a PM and include the link to the horse and any receipt you might have (Paypal? IVs?) for the genes.

I tried it won’t let it go through… I have the genes now but they didn’t apply to the horse because I accidentally put them in the wrong strand
