Hi my name is JackRat. I rode and showed horses and was active in 4H as a kid but it’s probably been over a decade since I was on a horse. I have a rescue Jack Russell x Rat Terrier named Delilah who takes up a lot of my time and money now. I also have a Netherland Dwarf Rabbit named Marshmellow.

I love horses and animals in general have always been interested in genetics so this seems like a great game for me.

I also love skiing, hiking, painting, playing guitar, and have a strong interest in dog training and behavior.

Still getting used to the game but I’m very happy about the horses the game generated for me, they seem like pretty good foundation horses.

Hello! I'm Crixa. I've loved horses since I was a wee child but never really got into the genetics so I'm excited to learn. I'm a little confused on how to begin, tbh.

I have a rescue cat and live in a big city. I super love animals. Hope to meet new peeps.

Hello! I used to play games like this growing up and decided to come back to learn a little more about the magic of genetics.

I used to be a pro rider when I was younger and then got sick so now I'm working my way back to riding for fun. I recently got my first horse in about a decade, a BLM Mustang yearling. Seeing some things develop with his color that I always thought was impossible has rekindled my interest in color genetics.

I'll be the one breeding boring solid chestnuts, duns, and grullo WBs.

Hi! Long time horse lover (I played with toy horse instead of barbies), recent horse owner and even more recent horse color genetics enthusiast. Beyond horse world, I have three cats and am an avid kitten foster. Typically I'm more of a coffee person but I love tea as well. Just loving the game so far.

Hi everyone, happy holidays :). I'm Indiza, I used to play here years ago and I'm excited to be back!

I used to have horses and showed eventers, but it's been a few years since I've done any real riding. My last horse passed away about 5 years ago (at the age of 35!), right before I moved to the USA from Canada, so that's all been on hold. I'm thinking I may get back into some lessons this spring, so on the off chance anyone has a recommendation for a good english-oriented barn in the Denver area (that has adult programs lol), let me know!

So right now it's just me and my dog, Penny, who's a Border Collie/Husky mix :). And some fish that I inherited from the previous owners when I bought my house...

Anyway, glad to be back and happy new year to you all :)

I don't remember exactly but I think I originally joined somewhere around the end of 2010 (based on my PayPal transactions haha)...

My current account on HJ1 was created in 2016 and my last LB awards were from Y64, so it's been quite a while :P

Lots of changes but nothing too scary so far!

Just here to say hello. Screw the Malibu Barbie Camper - my dolls rode horses with my brother's old Johnny West action figures. As an adult, it was my privilege to own a rescue horse for almost 30 years. She taught me a lot about patience, and trust, and a little about compromise. Best of luck everyone!
