  • I was never able to figure it out. My first 8 tattoos came out fine, but when I got Windows 10 it won't let me save transparentcies. Since I don't change by backgrounds much, I just used the top left corner of the default image as the background. It's not the right answer, but it is a 'work around'! I imagine it wouldn't work for tattoos on the horse anywhere, though.

  • I'm not sure about the Windows 10, but I use an app called Backgroud Eraser on my mobile.

  • I use Photopea. I takes a bit of fiddling, but over all it's easier than a lot of photoshop type programs, and it's free.
“But I don’t want to go among mad people,” Alice remarked.
“Oh, you can’t help that,” said the Cat: “we’re all mad here. I’m mad. You’re mad.”
“How do you know I’m mad?” said Alice.
“You must be,” said the Cat, “or you wouldn’t have come here.” -Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, Chapter 6
  • I use Paint.net on Windows it is free and save it as a png. you should have a transparent background.
  • Thanks for the help, I got Gimp to help me, now I just need to learn it lol

  • You will also want to make sure your file is saved as a .png file to retain the transparent background.

I have used gimp in the past, but lately have been using Inkscape. YouTube tutorials were amazingly helpful to get up and running with both gimp and Inkscape.
