I want to try building up a tobi cob line, but don't have any tobi cob mares at the moment

The easiest way would be to create your own on the horse creation page. There are herd helpers that guarantee the Tobino gene. The second would be to buy some, there are several 2yr olds in the auction today.

Finally the last way would be to GMT them, however that would be extremely expensive, and it’s much easier to create your own.

I can offer these two second gen studs, they are superior to their sire and won't be used in my barns.
