Any first day of breeding season successes?

I've been chomping at the bit to breed my first star boy and he did not disappoint! I bred two beautiful 5th gen gold fillies today that I am over the moon happy with :x

I got my first hom satin baby that passed BA today. He didn’t test superior to sire so he will be replaced eventually. But for right now I’m just happy.

Well he’s not a first day of breeding success but I’d definitely call him a success! Even though he tested Worst then his Sire he turned out to be the color I was hoping for and he’s Homozygous Ice! I absolutely love him!

He is super cute @eviec and guaranteed to pass on ice to his offspring which is super exciting! What a great way to spread that ice gene throughout your herd!

Oh man I got a second star from the same sire! I'm putting him up for public breeding and would be open to straws as well in case any of our heavy bone breeders wants to try their luck! Watercolor gene would be needed.
