From the 15th until the 30th you can register to participate in our winter gift exchange. Once you submit your entry you will be able to edit it and even delete it through the 30th.

Do not wait until the last moment to get your entry in. Late entries are never accepted.

To sign up you simply have to submit your wishlist.

Members, particularly our first-timers often struggle with knowing what to put on the wish list. I would love to see some posts with example wish lists (include the level please).

Have any GE tips? This is a great place to post them.

Here is what I am planning to submit for level one. Might make some tweaks, but this will be close.

Thanks for participating in the gift exchange as my gifter! My main project this month is going to be getting an Era 8 herd started. So I'm looking for the following:

Perfect Foundation/Rank Special Era 8 Mares. Mares from the foundation rescue are great, since they are perfect foundations too.
I prefer horse height and medium bone. I am ok with taller ponies, 14+ hands.
Colors I like: Dark Coat Colors, Sooty, DP, Dun, Roan, Sabino (especially Sabino 2), and White 3.
Colors I don't like: Other versions of White (White 1, White 2, White 10, etc.), Splash, Appaloosa, Champagne

I would love straws from other Era 8 perfect foundation/rank special stallions that are similar to what I like. If they aren't an exact match that's ok.

If you want to spring for an extra fancy rank special here are some extra special genes I like that might come available: Sooty+, KP, Gulastra Plume.

HBs to put towards a new show barn are also an option if you run out of other ideas. In general, I would prefer fewer gifts that more closely match my preferences vs. being bombed with a lot of gifts that are in the ballpark.

Herd helpers for the end-of-the-year event have been scheduled on the create a horse page if that is important for your wishlist.

There are 6 new ones this year. I will try to make an announcement post about what each new one is soon here.
