The Gift Exchange will open on December 1st for the Winter Holidays, and on June 1st for the Summer Celebrations. To enter once the Exchange opens, go to the orange Gift Exchange link on the left side menu and follow the instructions listed.
Your name and wish list will be sent to another player on the same server, and in the same level as your entry.
Everyone starts out at level 1. Once you have shown that you are willing to contribute to the spirit and fun of the game, and demonstrate an honest effort to participate, you will be assigned to the next level for the next event (Winter Holiday, or Summer Celebration)
There are 3 levels, mostly based on how much game money you are able to spend/use on the gifts you send. There are also limits about spending real money.
You will be STRONGLY urged to complete the Feedback form so that we can tell if there are any problems that need to be addressed. Not completing the form may jeopardize your move to the next level.
There is also a GE chat that will start up closer to GE running

Quick question, can you sign up for both 1 & 2 or do I have to choose which :)

You can sign up for 2 levels total. So pick two out of the levels you are qualified for.
