I'm not really using my RS herd helpers for June, so I figured I'd sell them all in one thread. If you need a bonus RS for the day, make a reasonable offer! I'll create Warmblood mares for the ones that are about to expire and post them for sale.

Once you post a horse for sale you don't need to stay. Just list who it's for. If there are ever any issues, please let me know.

As for the group discussion, I've always had to remain in the chat (if selling) until said horses have been purchased. If the seller leaves beforehand, they are unlisted. -

No it isn't. You can stay. It's listed to leave in case several players need to use the room. It has to stay under 5 members at a time so reserving the horse or horses follows game/site rules.
