    They are only available via having a BC subscription, or waiting until April 1st rolls around again next year. I assume based on this post they will be available to create annually on April 1st.

    Its also a fantasy bc so will only be available to the bc subscription. It won't be for sale

    Yes, they will be out every April first and via subscription. The special fantasy BCs will always have limits on when or even if they can be purchased outright but available via the sub to help justify it.

    The same thing will be true with the updated sea ponies in June.
