I have two A papered Era 5 stallions that you could use as the resulting foals would still be Era 4. I think they would match up quite nicely with this mare. You would need the DFP2 license.

I feel that Fancy fleet may produce to much white mixed with her Sabino as well with his w3 also the foals would probably be mostly white.
Cool enemy would be the better choice outta the 2 for color wise.
