Unaltering a horse?

Bought a gelding from the public auction and I want to make him a stallion, but can't locate the option anywhere. Can I not unalter a horse that I didn't alter? Or am I just missing the option?

Can you link the gelding? I may have a stud that is close enough to be useful. I have several higher paper studs available, and some lower ones, too.

Ok, I don't have that exact combination on a single horse, but I do have several studs that have hom nexus. All of my Ice 1 studs have closed genes you don't have a license for.
