Auction Question Clarification
  • I was wondering that let’s say I bid on a horse then someone else bids more than me. And when the horses has about 1 minute left on the time, and the person that bid more doesn’t have the Hbs for the horse. Does the horse go to the next bidder or does it go back to the owner of the horse? This may be confusing to write but I am really curious with the answer. Thanks :)

  • I think it goes to the highest bidder. I'm not sure if the game will accept unpayable bids. If the highest bidder doesn't have the funds the game doesn't recognize it as the highest bid.... that's my understanding
  • It wouldn't let me bid on horses before, when I didn't have the money. BUT I think you can bid, and then go blow your money elsewhere... So I don't know what would happen in the auction then.
  • Okay so I think this is a stumped question that Ammit might have to answer herself

  • When you submit a video doesn't it take the hbs as down payment then return them to you if you're outbid?
  • Sorry submit a bid
  • I don’t think so since you can still spend Hbs after you bid on horses- what is with my brain today? I’ve been asking very unanswerable questions recently and it’s all confusing me more

  • No it doesn’t. But it knows how much you have so you can’t overbid. You can bid and then spend all your money, though.

I thought it put you at negative hbs but this thread makes me doubt that. It would not go back to the original owner, as the game bids the 2.5k to start.
  • Sometimes I place my horses at 3k for the starting bid so if they don’t sell they come back to me. I don’t know though since I have had negative Hbs at one time but it’s never reoccured

  • If a player put the opening bid on a horse and it doesn't sell, yes, it goes back to the owner.

That was part of the update with the auction
  • Okay thanks everyone! :) You are all very kind and I’m grateful! Have a great rest of your day/night!
