Leadboard Query - Unexceptional Bug?

Hi all,
Looking for some clarification on Foundation horses that have had the Unexceptional feature used on them.
Should they qualify for the Foundation horse points board for their era?
I have Wensum Stormblessed in the Era 8 boards. He is showing in the new Silver Category, but not in the Foundation board, although he should be placing in the top 6 according to his points total.
Is this purposeful or a bug around the fact he was E7 and was "artificially" changed to E8?**Wensum Valley Ponies**
