So the progression bar for earned stalls says that I have earned thirty stalls and so I should have 106 stalls in my primary barn. However I have many horses, bred and created, up for auction and that always deducts 0.5 from my stall earning progress. Will I get the new stall only after I have earned it and also have no horses up for auction?

You gain stall xp by creating and breeding horses, if you auction the horse back to the game and get your money back you lose that xp you earned to prevent an infinant free stall exploit.

You can sell the horses directly back to the game if you would rather take the income lose but keep the bonus stall xp.

So I will get the new stall when I reach the 100% without having any horses up for auction?

It does not mater if you have horses IN the auction. When the auction closes, if the auction bidder buys them back you will lose some xp. If you sell them to another player there is no xp lose.

When the bar hits 100% you get another stall, regardless if you have horses listed for auction or not.

The bar has hit 100% and I have not gotten another stall, that's why I am asking.

It will reset back down to 1 when you have fully earned the stall.

What does it mean to fully earn the stall? I am asking because I bred once my pasture and the bar says I have earned the stall. I am in fact 15% progress to earn a new one but the stalls in my primary barn are still 105 when they should be 106 if I had indeed earned the stall

You can log out and back in to force it to update.

Already did that but the primary barn stalls remained 105.

I looked at your account. You are only supposed to have 105 not 106. It says 30 stalls earned. 30+ 75 is 105 not 100 and 6.

I had 105 stalls before I earned the thirtieth stall though? I only earned the new stall three days ago and I had 105 stalls for longer than that

Hold on, I looked it up again. About two weeks ago I had bred my pasture and put a lot of foals to auction. If I had earned the 30th stall but then most of the foals were sold back to game, would the stalls remain 105 even though the bar said I had only earned 29?

You can lose earned stalls by auctioning horses. The stalls in my primary barn can increase or decrease throughout the month depending on how many horses I've created/bred vs. auctioned at that particular moment in time. Especially if you are sitting right on the edge of having earned a stall, it's pretty easy to auction a boatload of horses and then lose enough points that you lose that extra stall.
