I posted previously about a Sabino horse and how they looked different, meaning considerably less white factor. I was told it's because the Sabino gene was changed and thus all the Sabino horses would look darker/have less white factor. I checked my Sabino horses and it was indeed true for all except this one. She is supposed to be a liver chestnut horse and now she looks almost white, a far more extensive white factor than previously. Were there changes in other genes too?
