If I try to max a horse and it's already max quality, is it correct that I will not be charged for the attempt? I maxed 2 horses that I knew were very good, and the stats didn't change (PT and breeding papers). I want to make sure nothing has changed. Since I was charged for the mods, I assume they were close to max ability, but not quite there?
