I haven't done it, but I do believe you probably could pull an egg from "Mare A", create an embryo with an outside stallion straw, then implant that embryo back into Mare A and take advantage of Mare A's pasture bonus.

I seem to remember that sometime in the past year someone else pitched the same idea about looking for an outside stallion as a loaner for their pastures, but I don't feel like the idea gained much traction.

There would be no way to enforce that the stallion goes back to the proper player after the loan, so if you got into a bad deal you would be out of luck. I don't know if many players would be excited about loaning out some of their best stock and taking a chance it wouldn't come back. Even with the best of intentions things get forgotten or accidents happen.

I am not aware of anyone currently loaning out their horses for any purpose.

I've loaned a stud and borrowed a stud. Again only do it with a player you'd absolutely trust and have that open communication. But it isn't really a thing in game.
