When going in to Advanced Tack Editor to arrange ribbons/tack I get this error note: “Unable to auto-detect a suitable renderer.”
It does not appear to matter which horse (or what size they are) I’m trying to edit, it’s giving the same message for all of them. Wondering if this is a slight bug in the game, of if it’s something I’m doing wrong on my end? -
Appears to be an issue on your device. Try reboots, cache clears, different browser or different devices to see if you can figure out the culprit.Need to contact me? Read this first.
I sometimes get busy and miss things. If your private message, question, etc. gets missed please ping me so I can follow up with you. I am also always happy to explain or clarify. (HAJ does not have a customer service email, please send me a forum message! )

I've had this happen! It was a clear everything out problem I had to much running basically so everytime I opened it it was trying to access the horses before hand so it glitched the system. If it's still not working after the clear all Open it on forest or Bluegrass then clear all then come back sometimes the device won't clear rightRideOutPro on forest/ RideOutStar mesa

Clearing all website history/data appears to have solved it, thanks!
