    I went and checked. There are none for sale right now and two in the auction. Last night someone had one up for 300k and it isn’t there anymore so I guess it sold.

    So really high.

    The herd helper page currently lists the average sales price as 350k, so I bet you are right Summer that the one from last night sold for 300k+.

    Since they have S+ I would also say somewhere between 100k-200k is probably what they will go for.
