Missing boost

I got the ivs, got the 5% boost, applied to boost to horse above .....
And no boost. The stud has no offspring. I refreshed everything and double checked that I purchased the boost.
The notice comes up that I need to purchase a boost.
What happened? -
You never applied the boost. It is still sitting in your account.Need to contact me? Read this first.
