Trophy and ribbons missing?

    I like to refresh my award winners and then adjust the location of their ribbons, since this refresh no longer happens automatically. Today, however, when I refresh the horse, all previous (and current) awards vanish?

    Note the lack of trophies:

    Also getting this error when refreshing the horse:

    I got that message too, earlier when I was trying to go to "Manage my Entries" in the Auction house. I backed the page and tried again and it worked fine. Not sure what it is.
