    Recently my debit card expired. I went into PayPal and put in the new one, but now it looks like I am back to basic. Either that, or I hit the wrong button, both are entirely possible with my computer antiskills.

    Your subscription is tied to a specific card via contract. You have to cancel it and create a new one. It can't change payment sources on an active sub. Part of the reason we are rebuilding our payment system this fall.

    Okay, so I now have canceled my old card on PayPal and put a new card in its place I need to go back in and resubscribe to an upgrade?
