While I should have been using my sea pony GMTs to get a solid group of foundation mares done for Van Gogh, I instead used them to make this guy. I unfortunately won’t be able to use him as much as I’d like despite making him absolutely perfect (and having no pasture space :(…), I decided to share him with everyone!

He’s up for auction starting at 800k if anyone is interested! I’m mostly trying to breed exceptionally perfect so he really won’t get much use by me… If he doesn’t get picked up in this round I’ll consider keeping him and he’ll be purely a futurity stud!

… I’m curious what will happen here. 800k feels like a lot but it’s an era 5 perfectly consistent stud with ten locked foals. So to someone that missed last month, it might be worth it.

Remember that the stallion owner cannot have bred futurie foals for them to count in the futurie standings.

I’m unsure about the exact details. Can you buy a futurie foal that someone else bred off a stud you own and have still have it count? No idea.

Straight from the futurity page:
To qualify for the futurity a stallion must have at least 10 offspring bred and owned by players other than the owner of the stallion.
Offspring can not be owned or bred by anyone who has ever owned the stallion.

If another player breeds an eligible foal, but then you later buy the foal, the foal no longer qualifies. It has to be bred AND owned by another player. However, any other players can still buy the foal and it will still count.

If any of us that have an eligible foal buys him, then our foals will no longer qualify, and anything Eralith has bred will also not qualify. Because the foals will now be owned by the stallion owner or a former stallion owner.

Hes at 800k as he has 12 foals, none bred by me, and has had gmt work done on top of being a rank special! I’m also not super concerned if he doesn’t sell as I’d be more than happy for him to stay. I just figured I’d offer him out in case anyone was super interested!
