You can turn any horse you own to be left facing. Go to horses main page > tack > (scroll down to) ALPHA Advanced Tack Editor > (wait for horse to load) flip horizontal > save horse image. Voila you've got a left facing horses. "What causes a horse to be left facing?" The player flipped the horse, it's a neat feature in the game :) hope that helps :)
