    If I have no licenses, can I bid on a horse that has licensed genes or no, and if I can, would it give me the licenses? Just wondering!

    If you do not possess the license, you will not be able to place a bid.
    It'll inform you of which license you need to do so. But it will not transfer.

    You can buy spayed mares and geldings but not intact horses with the genes.
