Can I make a candy pony per 20 horses on BOTH accounts, on different servers? During the last candy event, I never made 2 in one day, even though my accounts are on different servers, so I just want to double check. Let me know if I have to be more articulate; I'm sleep deprived :))

It is 1 in 20 odds, not one per 20 creates. As it says on the page "Limit one per account per day." It is per account.

So it is possible to get 2 in the same day; one on Mesa and one on Forest?

Yes, it is possible to get one in each account on Mesa, Bluegrass, and Forest. If you had two Mesa accounts, you could still get two per day.
