    Sorry if this question has already been answered, but I was wondering about the ratio of males to females a breeding herd should have?

    Specifics really depend on your preferences. However stallions can only live cover 50 times a season, so you want at least 1 stallion for every 50 mares. Those numbers change a bit once you get into straws and such. Hope that helps.
