Sire & Dam SBA Approved, foal isn’t

When I breed two foundation horses that pass SBA the offspring sometimes doesn’t pass. Is it genetical or is it just luck of the draw?

Just luck, there is a range of ability a foal could be from the same parents. The 30 days in pasture increases the chances of being at the better end of that range

PAssing SBA does not mean a horse is a "good breeder" it only means it compares favorably to its parents.Need to contact me? Read this first.
