@TaraThomas, the only difference between servers is how long they've been around. Bluegrass was first and has a gazillion people playing, so it is closed for new accounts right now.

@Penguino, tack packs can be purchased for Investment Vouchers (1 IV = 12500HBs) by going to Upgrade>Upgrade with HBs>IV shopping>then scroll down to the Tack packs section.
