    Can someone explain to me what is going on here? Is this the Sabino reacting with something? Doesn’t seem like it would be W20. I thought it was going to be kitM when I saw him (which would be weird cause the parents didn’t have it.)

    That's pretty typical sabino especially with the W20 tossed in. I have a bunch that look like that in my player barn on Forest, where sabino is one of the white markings that are my favorites.
